Good starting point for personal evaluation. Not a tool I can use at present. Not enough information with which to work if one is experiencing burnout. What are "normal limits" of fatigue as defined for this assessment? Where within the range of "normal limits" was my score? Needs greater depth, particularly addressing family and other key relationships, to be a more useful tool to help any who are outside "normal limits" take appropriate steps and/or actions. Please let me know if this assessment is more fully developed.
