The survey asked decent questions. However, we need to ask more questions about that person's relationship with God. How is their faith manifested in their daily lives? What are their gifts? Not just qualities of leadership. What specifically is this person blessed with, that will suit the present needs of your Church ministry? To Pastor Fitz: Re: the above comment. I understand your perspective, but was there a better way to express it? Leaders are always seasoned with salt.

I nearly laughed out load until I realized you are serious. After reading the article "The Most Important Leadership Quality". You want Jesus Christ Himself. Leaders wash feet, like Jesus. the world does not really want a (servant king) leader on his knees. Help us get on our knees and serve. please respond. Pastor Fitz
