Overview

"Successful people in all walks of life, whether they are artists, inventors, scientists, or executives, never lose the spirit of a learner. They are like trees: when the tree stops growing, the fruit starts to rot," says Dave Kraft in this resource.

Continual growth is one of several principles important to a lasting leader. This 24-page resource has articles that offer insights and practices to help you keep your ministry strong over time.

NOTE: You have permission to make up to 1,000 copies of this resource to be distributed in a church or educational setting.

$14.95 for 24 pages that contain 10 "articles"?? I have to agree with Don...this seems a little steep for what it claims to be. Most books can be purchased for this amount, new or used. I think you guys are starting to think a little too much of yourselves!! Maybe time for a "humility check" on your part. Thanks, but no thanks.

Have you given any thought to whether such statistics have more to do with a church paradigm that requires a leader be more than a pastor... ?

One of the things that still amazing me is how some "pastors" are in the ministry for the "benefits"(power) and some others don“t but should be. I reject the idea that a long pastorate necessarily means fidelity to the Lord
