There are eight systems that you should focus on during the first year of your new church. Everything else can wait 8 to 18 months, depending on how things develop.

How do you develop an effective Sunday system?

1. Make a list of everything you are doing for Sunday, evaluate it, and then ask, "What's on this list that we could mobilize volunteers to accomplish?" Model each task well yourself and then quickly give it away.
