Great analysis! I really never viewed evangelism from this perspective. We all too often see evangelism as attempting to build one's own church from "little" to "large". This is important....however there are souls still living in the harvest fields waiting for the right "worker" to come along. I believe starting the new church, the new work and the fresh "worker" in Christ is the answer! I am thankful for your insight on this issue.

Amen! Churches should look outside themselves and build the kingdom, not pastors' egos.
