Obviously extend brotherly love; and should we be so homophobic to walk in disobedience of the Word - to owe no man anything but love - then our self-examination should drive us to find it within ourselves to extend the love of God by the application of the Word! Too often we as Christ-followers join the rabid crowd in seeing the last drop of blood drained out! We ought to reach out, and speaking 'the truth in love', help him/her out of this trap. Ministry should be such that clinical and/or professional pastoral counselling be arranged as a mandatory measure toward healing. Inclusive in the process of restoration should be accountability by the brother/sister to either the pastor or the counsellor, that would ensure the success of growth toward wholeness.
