I know of several books that are good. One for instance is "Everyman's Battle", it deals with the issue head on and gives some good help to men. Also, there is online help through a great devotional series aimed at helping men called in-purity.org, these are written from an anonymous pastor who struggled but found victory over this sin. They are great! I recommend it to people even to use as a safe gaurd.

I've found that accountability can be a great support system for those who struggle with a pornography addiction. Set someone up with an accountability partner who can be available on a nightly or weekly basis, so that they can continually ask and challenge and pray for the person struggling. With any addiction there isn't a one-time, easy fix, so someone with a pornography addiction will need someone who can be fully committed to them.
