TRansitions are just difficult, both for the person dveloping skills and for the person mentoring or helping. But the most important skill that we are needing to see is trust: both in God and the person who Go has placed in our life now

Sermon preparation. Having a really hard time with this. Only get to speak once every other month, but have been asked to fill in when the pastor is away or does not want to speak on a certain day. I've tried unsuccessfully to connect with other people in leadership to see what their experiences have been.
