The major reason I see for the 'visitors' not returning are lack of people investing in the relationship, lack of follow up with gifted servants who have evangelistic and hospitality gifts, and finally, because the leaders are not committed to the above. If it is all about preparing for the service each week, this can easily distract from the MAIN THING, and how God is concerned with those who are far from Him.

We must Bond together as a group and explore Gods Love, It is done with the older as well as the newcomers in our congragation. have a meal together, talk about anything (No open Bibles here) Relax and enjoy each others company. they will see it in others and things will start to click.
