Men's needs are the same everywhere. They want an honest place where there is no spiritual, relational, or vocational pretense. Men want a place of acceptance where they can talk about anything and everything.
Once a leader decides ministering to men is his priority, he should consider the following tools I've found effective in reaching out to men.

Immediate Concerns
